Refund Policy

1. General

LL DC – Diaspora Connect provides digital eSIM data products. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final.


2. No Returns

As eSIMs are delivered digitally and can be activated immediately, we do not accept returns of purchased eSIM data packages.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been activated

  • The eSIM cannot be used due to a verified technical issue

  • The issue is caused by service failure and not by user error or device incompatibility

Each case is reviewed individually.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The eSIM has been activated or used

  • The customer’s device is not compatible with eSIM

  • Incorrect purchase (wrong country or package)

  • Change of mind after purchase


5. Technical Issues

If you experience issues with your eSIM, please contact our support team. We will first attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund.


6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
